intensity of the terrain.

Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation :
It has complete evaluation of your physical condition. This fitness
evaluation includes weight calculation, blood pressure, muscular
endurance, muscular strength, Vo2 sub-max test (efficiency test
to decide your lung oxygen utilization), body composition and including
flexibility.
Body Awareness :
It is a workout, which focuses on lightweights, high repetitions, resistive
bars and bands. Improves strength and definition.
Personal Training :
Sign up with one of Fitness Professionals, and whether your goal is to
slim down or may to bulk up, our Certified Personal Trainer's would
give you a custom-designed workout you could take home!
